I'm holding out faith till the end. But I also know even if abrohi marriage happens, arohi will get nothing from abhi, and she will live every moment in insecurity because truth of abhir will come out which will flip everything upside down for her. But I can understand why people think this time abrohi marriage will happen. There's 50/50 chance for either outcome given writers change tracks every week depending on trp.

May be it is reverse psychology. He knows Akshu too well. He is making sure she doesnt change her mind. For 6 years he hadnt even spoken to her. Him calling will give her indication that he cares, so she will definitely come.
