What is kombdi wadi? Something like chicken pakoda?

oh the wada pav chutney, I bring that as well! Actually half my bag is full of masalas - other than these I get dhansak masala, gunpowder, mum makes me garam masala!! Lolz

Uff my cook at the farmhouse makes the best sabudana, i think i'll have to send u some 😆

kombdi vadi is chicken with like a thick gravy, eaten with vadi, which looks like a puri but is made of usually rice flour. Its amazing ❤️ If you know anyone who cooks it, ask them to make you just the gravy if you're off nonveg.

Arey dhansak Mutton dhansak with boiled eggs is so freaking good! Served with brown rice of course 😉

So many different dishes to try when I go to India!!!

I’ll try getting my hands on kombdi vadi!!

You know when my family receives me at the airport, I actually make them get me wada pav from Karjat (theirs is the best)!

The best vada pav I've ever had was in Lonavala ❤️

It was a small stall in the market with the best freakin' homemade chutney! Unfortunately the family that ran it moved to a different town because their son started earning very well, so I can't get that taste anywhere. But I am happy for them of course.

Have you ever eaten Pithla?!

Yes pithla, Bhakri with a little bit of thecha and onion bhajiyas!! But has to be made on a roadside stall or dhaba! Can’t be replicated at home

You're missing out on Litti-Chokha, Malpua, Kadi-Badi.

In fact their simple Toor Dal (arhar) with sukhi lal mirch, hing and jeera tadka is too good. Just have that with any rice, add ghee and that's all ❤️
