Half cleaning??? Mine gives every 6 months appointment. I take saturday at 8 am and done by 8.30 full cleaning. Aur fir flossing ka lecture sunata hai 10 minutes aur. Bolta hai If you brush twice a day and floss once day what good is it😆.

i'm talking about deep cleaning which isn't the same as routine cleaning. routine cleaning to jaldi se hojati hai and ek sitting mein ho jati hai. proper deep cleaning is typically in two appointments yaar 😆

TMJ hai aapko? Mera hai right side pe. Desi doctor bolta tha it's all in head. Lekin padosi ne bataya tmj real hai. Main bahut man mein gaali deti hu cleaning ke time pe🤣...
