Did she forget that both Savi & Vinu are Virats biological kids. Not adopted & biological as thought before when she would use Vinu to blackmail Virat. Now Virat can say that VInu had whole family to take care of him where as Savi's mom is sick. He should actually say if you can't handle sick Vinu with so many people & needed me then you should give him to Sai. She handles one kid without any help & can handle both her kids perfectly.
