you are right. He is the saner one amongst the khan-daan lot, much like his sister. Meerab would make sense too, if she stops pulling random stunts and being so irrational with Murtasim and her marriage. Her behaviour with Anwer is justified as well. She still has a lot of pent up hurt and the abandonment issue is going to stay. She will take a long time to come around and needs therapy first 😆 Haya is a lost cause entirely, not an iota of self-respect left in that woman. 🤪

when they need to send someone out to the supermarket to buy some groceries, does the head of the family (female) open a great big safe to take some cash out? have they heard of a bank?

In the sense , you are always more attracted to forbidden fruit right ! And that is happening to him right now . By placing the contract , meerab didn't do herself good . Instead , made Murtasim crave herself more . As a man , that thing is constantly in his mind . Proved by dialogues like -

" Keh bhi nahi sakta , seh bhi nahi sakta "

Him reading a book called " rights of husband on wife "

Though it's not all . Like girls love badboys , troubled boys . Mature and sensible men like him likes bratty girls . You know , you can say he has daddy syndrome . Murtasim in a way want to reform her , control her , twist her to his own ways .

At this point , it is clear he is not faking it . He just has turned soft for her , that's all . I know it sucks , but in the name of progression of feelings from murtasim's side - we are only getting long long hours of staring and unblinking eyes🙄😅😂

Totally agree! His dialogues and gestures are not coming from a place of LOVE, instead from a place of EGO, from a man who was denied his right on the woman he now OWNS in his head. When he falls in love, he will love her even with the distance between them, even when she denies him his rights, even after they separate (which they will, because both are quite capable of being influenced by others). 🥺

All this being said, his intentions are not malicious, he is not faking his concern and liking for her. He is immensely charmed by her beauty and resilience. He cannot fake it all because he has no intention of leaving meerab ever, divorce kabhi nahi hoga. He for sure, considers this marriage, one for a lifetime. 😳

I let out a chuckle because man was being too cheesy to get his wish fulfilled. He succeeded upto a certain extent. Meerab girl was left thinking and admiring herself in the mirror 🤣 This man was a player 🥺

After a point murtasim flirting was also boring to me.

Meerab , I just don't understand her...over here , all females whether strong or brash or meek or cry babies , all end up having the same fate..they have to love their husband , mehak ho ya meerab. If they really wanna show strong females, at least show them doing something to not fall into such unwanted relationships . If they r now married obviously they won't be cheating on their husband or running away..what's the point ?

Murtasim ko machli khila ke kya mil jayega ? How childish. That I will do what I'm not asked to and not do what I'm asked to. Big deal !
