Now that sai is paying rent to thik hai .. it could have been that jagtap was paying rent on Sai ka behalf. .. that’s why agent never pressured her ..to leave ..

The agent knew jagtap.. can imply this .. basically jagtap knew about this house matlab either he is is the owner or paying rent secretly
