It'll be a joke if V is offered a promotion. Even his own kids ka kidnapping by Pratap had to be handled by Sai and not by him. If left to V Pratap would have fired the gun and killed kids and probably committed suicide also. This is the ips who hands over his own child to a suicide threatening psycho. The man who cant save his own kids- voh jantaa ki kya hi seva karega?! He's the most useless ips ever. The man who tells his colleagues after a gun has been fired by P that they had a big misunderstanding and P was in hotel to "party" - aisa aadmi DCP hai. What a joke.
