I had to rewatch the part to understand better, basically Shalin noticed something on Priyanka's cup, she probably had monkey written on it and asked why cause even Tina had the same name written on her cup. Priyanka answered that both her and Tina have someone that call monkey outside (😲). Shalin asks if she knows who's Tina's monkey and she said that (while checking camera) that it's Tina's life and she doesn't know much, that it's her best friend but with no future and she wants marriage and everything. Shalin then says (while checking cameras too) why get involved with someone here? (himself), Priyanka was like "if you like someone outside but there's no future then if there's someone else you can try to have a shot". So, Tina fake drama confirmed👏
