They want to desperately break the Color’s face narrative. Last four winners have been closely associated with the channel before doing the show. Dipika, Siddharth, Rubina and Tejasswi even though they had votes support and popularity but they need a break from tradition. I won’t be surprised if other channel’s actors refuse the show due to this reason. There are only so many Color’s actors they can get on the show.
For that reason alone Stan could end up being their perfect winner. No channel association, popular among a totally different audience from the general TV audience and has a huge fan base and vote bank.
Exactly last year it was a mess PPL were so angry and after all the outrage that happened even tv actors started saying in IVs that we must do a colors show before participating in bb so channel had to do something this time and they got perfect timing also with stan being completely away from tv world and belonging to a totally different industry and most importantly has the votes ...but still really undeserving 😭

Yah, last year Teja got Naagin, they could have easily made Pratik the winner and break this narrative that only colors face makes it. It was unfair, there was such an outrage last year for the winner. Uske liye they had to do something and Priyanka is going to be the bali ka bakhra. :(
