The case didn't look at all like parents fighting for the custody of their child. It looked like a couple fighting for divorce and alimony lol.

Editing team cannot make such decisions...it was a deliberate decision by makers. And the reason was not to open a Pandora's box. If they showed Sai bring up the illegal surrogacy issue and the judge still doesn't give clear verdict in Sai's favour, they will be slapped with IBF complaints for misinformation & insult on judiciary. So they played safe...because at the end of the day the aim is to get Sai into CN. This court case was to show that Sai did put up a fight & is entering CN as a last resort.

Yup the court case looks more like a formality now. I think in Pankaj's live fans kept on suggesting custody battle in court and they took their suggestion only to drag the track and show a reason for Sai entering CN. Though maybe they will cover the illegal surrogacy part today. The case hasn't ended yet.

It's so funny that they actually cut down all these dialogues in episode, in this video Sai clearly mentions infront of the judge that Virat and Pakhi were accused of illegal Surrogacy and fraud and for that Virat was suspended and Pakhi toh went to the Jail under these charges and hence they are incapable of raising Vinayak, but we see no such dialogue in Episode, so if they really want to edit it all out then why even mention it in script itself and make the actors mouthed the dialogues

Here as per this bts Sai's case actually looks strong but in episode it came out weak and seemed as if Sai is wrong, don't know who to blame and who take such end moment decisions to edit such crucial dialogues 🤪

They are scrapping off the mention of surrogacy; I believe after the complaints to IBC were deemed valid. Mostly done on the direction of Channel. The writers did their job this time. It would be considered spreading of false information if the Judge considered the surrogate as one of the mothers.

Well I think no it is clearly edited, Sai says in the episode till Virat Pakhi are incapable of raising Vinayak, after that she gave her reasons that why they are incapable and in that she mentions this, which is already over.....also Court scenes is almost ended today, tommrow the episode will prolly start with talk of Sai Virat Pakhi outside court premises

I wonder after everything he said to her and did to her,he betrayed her, how will she return to him with what heart. he destroyed her and he was deliberate in doing that. We know he will not apologize or even feel his mistake.We are in 2023, there is no woman like Sai who will accept this, and with the character Sai that they showed us from the first episode, she will not accept to return only for the sake of the children. She is not Ashwini to live in a relationship for the sake of her children.
