Nope i m 100% gujju from small city near surat. Very close daang district. Government decided to release them to reduce peacock population(may be rumours but peacock does harm corps).

Have you been to Sasan Gir park? Only place to see Asiatic lion in natural habitat. We have seen it so up close. Kash 1992 mein digital camera hota.

mer actually saw peacocks as well as chickens in the jungle. 🤣🤣🤣.

I don’t think there are tigers all around surat or anywhere near there 🤣🤣🤣

No. Gir is on my list. Can’t believe I haven’t been there despite being a gujju and have made quiet a few trips to diff places in Gujarat 🤣🤣🤣.

My friend was there just a few weeks ago. I think she saw about 7 lions in all or so.

The news paper misquote it sometimes as tiger. It's usually leopard.

But as you get closer to daang ahwa forest,you do find these wild beauties.sad part forest is almost gone due to commercial busineses moving in and now bullet train and highway are getting rid of these areas.
