I don't know about S2. They still haven't changed Abhiras core characteristics so ya the love they have for eo and the space they give eo is still intact. That's why Abhi still wanted AK to stay happy and he never created any scene or rude with NAV. He always wanted her to be happy. And really care abt Abhir. If they pull this drama then he know how much trauma that little one will undergo. Since they both haven't had a great childhood he will atleast want he a peaceful setting with co parenting.

But we know makers will do what they wanted. Fingers crossed and hope so

One thing is sure if Custody happens then he won't go for only Abhir custody he will demand for Abhir Amma custody.

This relevant information only make him guilt and he know becoz of his anger he lost that right so won't be that angry or oppose AK decision. Also won't let kaandmata to interfere in it.

Mahi will also support Abhi becoz if Abhir joins then he will be a threat to shivu. Shivu will be like parth na, and Abhir is smart and cute. And we won't talk abt AR becoz we know her stand.

Also no more mrg drama. abhi only wanted peace in his life and by releasing rishta with AK he is anticipating only peace. From now onwards he will try to live for himself like she is doing without caring abt past but living a contented life.
