Her own family's stance for her is unknown minus BP who seems to be on ok terms with her. Kairav is going to be rude for sure initially.

Akshu for all her naivety is extremely flawed in her understanding and forgiveness for family.

Even now her biggest hunch with Abhi more than her rejection is their son's rejection. She's a docile woman but a fearless mother. For her son she will fight every battle in this world, no matter who's on the other side.

Going back for anyone else would have been safe but going for Aarohi will bite her, she will not understand it, she will not protest the injustice ...but she's just making herself vulnerable against everything she's grown a skin for in the last 6 years.

If she does not take nonsense great but how much can she say against Birlas in Birla Hospital where every single Birla detests her and probably some Goenkas too are not fond of her choices.

But Akshu is Akshu, she can be whosoever wheresoever but the emotion of hate is not for her core personality. Which is why we probably just see an angry frightful Akshu but not a vengeance filled one!

She don't hate but when it's about her child she will definitely blast yaha abhir involved hei. Vegeance na ho but yes she is a fearful mother. I really never thought she will blast abhi and his sorry this way so yes she might blast birlas . Or Akshu vaha chupke b ja sakti hei sabke samne se nhi may be

But on a serious note Akshu always had a soft spot for Arohi despite the horrible way she treated her. Also there could be some guilt there because of Neil and also because of Roohi. If Arohi is sick then Roohi is affected. I actually don't mind this being a reason.

Akshu may get stirred a little by Abhi taking care of Arohi because she is in a coma and seeing the bond Abhi has with Roohi. I honestly think if they can keep Arohi in a coma and have Akshu come to Udaipur it would be prefect. No unnecessary mean remarks from Arohi. Manjari and Mahima can deliver that.

And then we can have Rohan let slip to Akshu what has been happening in Abhi's life.

She'll go alone to the hospital na, both Abhinav and Abhir don't know Arohi. Abhir does not even know he has a cousin in all probability, he just speaks of Nanu.

Can't predict, let's see how it goes...Abhi and Akshu were civil to each other...maybe others pretend similarly but Akshu is entering their territory 😆

Also, why would anyone say anything to Abhir...he's just a kid😅

As people have been saying Akshu is more upset with Abhi that he rejected her call when she was trying to tell him about their kid. Her staying away from Birlas and Goenkas could be anger and guilt. They blamed her and hurt her. But she feels guilty about what happened to Neil so she stayed away so she wouldn't be a burden to anyone.

What does back to step one mean again akshu helping to arrange Ab Ar marriage ,first rejection was also becoz of jharu in hospital.

Back to step one probably means Abhi and Akshu with Arohi being in between causing problems again.

So some fans have been tracking that Abhi is holding that hand weirdly though out the leap because this was the hand that Ak gave back to him via Cucumber sacrifice
