I feel she is very much resident of India, may or may not be from Mumbai though. If she socializes beyond Katha's society area, Neeraja can possibly bump into her acquaintances or relatives or friends that can possibly expose her fake happy abundant family life?

If they go by OG , the donor’s family in overseas is in serious trouble to the extent of getting murdered

You know many Indians mostly techies recently lost their jobs in America. Lay Offs have been going on . We will see many more will loose their jobs in near future. They have to get another job in next 3 months ,otherwise their visas will not be extended.

I just realized this whole week was pretty much just filler episodes. If they make ehsan less of a creep maybe they can move the story ahead because it's gonna take a while for Katha to start accepting Viaan let alone Viaan falling for Katha. I'm not sure how many episodes they are planning on making to finish the entire story but at this rate they can easily do 300+ episodes which is too long man.

this scene clearly shows the difference between viaan and ehsaan. both men were concerned but one seemed more authentic and respectful. viaan sees from a distance and does not have to meet or see aarav to know that all is well. whereas ehsaan intrudes and tries to forcefully make a bond with aarav in order to gain brownie points.

Has katha ka boss and son seen each other properly??

Did viaan help aarav like any normal child needing some support or how??
