Sai being Sai will not tell him about how pakhi played with surrogacy. Similarly, they should not show Vinu relating himself to this story. The boy has bonded with Sai much before all this drama. He was cured because of her presence. So they should keep it intact.

If you see the plot twists after post leap, Pakhi always lost! But because of toxicity in narrative, we think she is winning. NO. She is losing. However, it is unbearable to see Sai suffer till then. Thats why they need to show why Vinu chose Pakhi. It was his mind choosing her not his heart. Atleast that much they show, it will not look so ugly.

This was bound to happen. If Sai had got Vinu's custody there would have been nothing left in the show. The makers are not interested in getting a new guy in Sai's life. If she had got Vinu and Savi with her, her connection with the Chavans would have ended for good and the makers do not want that. They have to somehow connect Sai with the Chavans.

I can understand Sai's feelings. After knowing that Vinu is her son any mother would want to get him back in her life. Vinu is a small kid. Anyone will feel Vinu will miss his adopted mother for few days and then slowly would accept his biological mother. Sai too would have thought the same. Vinu is quite close to Sai and Savi so Sai must have thought it won't be hard for him to adjust in her house. Plus she was anyway not going to keep Vinu away from his father and his family.

The reason the lawyer told Sai's case was weak was probably because she didn't tell the entire truth to him. May be she didn't talk about illegal surrogacy, the torture and humiliations she had been through and also how Pakhi's mental condition is not sane. The case was more about biological mother vs adopted mother and in India we always believe that paalne wala paida karne wale se bada hota hai. We have to see in the episodes if the Chavans won the case due to DCP's corruption and their power or there's another reason. It's indeed disappointing to know that Sai lost the case.

Sai losing the case will still keep her connected to the Chavans unfortunately. Even though Vinu will choose Pakhi she'll still be in touch with him if not as his Aai but as doctor aunty. Of course some day Vinu too will flip towards Sai just like his father lol but for that he has to experience the psycho side of Pakhi. I feel the child is going to suffer a bit and Sai has to help him. Then only he will be drawn towards Sai and get detached from Pakhi.

I am glad . Once Sai got the hint she did her best to search for her child ..fought with her abusive ex husband and will take the matter to judicial courts

Our courts are not so straight forward . Things do get tampered and not every matter gets the correct judgement if court is favouring Patralekha Chavan .. well things are working for her .. she can revel . Looks like next week is the glorious Pooja in the temple .. whether after court verdict or not . Who knows ..

sai should now step back and focus on the child in hand Savi is getting neglected and focus on her career.when Vinayak will feel the pull he will seek her out .. if he doesn’t he never was hers.. and she should accept it and move on .

Yes!! something like that. Virat is an adopted parent who turned out to be biological parent too. The boy is already bonded to his dad and family. so court favors them on humanitarian grounds.

Only way is to bring out how evil Pakhi was or show that she is mentally unstable. But, being in a joint family and with his biological dad who loves him, court favors him here also.
Only way Sai will get the child is when the boy chooses her or the VP marriage becomes invalid. If it does, then who is Pakhi to Vinu? She is not the wife of biological parent right? I dont know how law works here. She can go for custody as adopted parent, then Vinu will chose Virat amongst the two.

Now that P won Vinu her focus will shift to Virat now …. Vinu might need Sai when his mom will be busy after his father ..

I always thought Vinu will choose Pakhi, but glad that he will know his biological mother is sai. And if they show like Pakhi will not let vinu meet sai then I want sai also not let Virat meet Savi. I know Virat will be ok with it as long as pakhi is happy he can sacrifice everything for her. But still I want sai to take this step and stay away from chavans.
