That's the sad reality in general-Most ppl have such a skewed perception of what depression is.

The thing ppl don't get is,anybody suffering depression can be just as strong,just as happy,just as normal just as anything anyone else not going through it ,can also be.

And what most don"t get is,there's different types & levels of depression,but anyways,that's a debate for some other time .
