I can only speak for myself, and maine kal hi bola ke the mandli were nicer to him yesterday, but Shiv and Stan have done plenty of mocking and engaged in bully tactics with Sha before - he walks away and they start badmouthing and laughing at him. You can dislike someone, but that doesn’t give you the license or justify doing that. It’s not about bura bolna yaan bitching karna - it’s about jeering at and ridiculing someone - treating them like a joke, especially when they’re already down.

Just ke yesterday (real or fake) - they looked much better in comparison. Let’s just say that they were smarter than the evil AF twins.
