Nehmat is quite capable of handling her life. The problem is that Nehmat doesn't want to take charge of her life and she is allowing Shamsher and Advait to dictate her life. So we no more see the Nehmat who was strong-headed and bold. The current Nehmat is trying very hard to mould herself into KH Bahu (she is accepting everything that Kapoors say and giving up on many things, even her dreams). Initially, Nehmat never thought twice before slapping a guy. Now, even when Advait tries to slap her, Nehmat doesn't retaliate strongly. Rupy is constantly telling Nehmat that she does not have to worry about Sandhus. Yet Nehmat isn't ready to listen to any of the words Rupy has to say. Because "doormat ki jaise sabke taunts chupchap sunna" is her wish. Naaz might not have had good intentions, but in her recent chat with Nehmat, she was showing Nehmat her own flaws and hypocrisy.

Ekam is concerned about Nehmat and is trying to sort out Nehmat's life problems. In all this, he (Ekam) is wasting his life. Nehmat is now someone else's wife and willingly lives with her husband. So Ekam should stop worrying about Nehmat. Also, even if Nehmat and Ekam are in a relationship, Ekam should allow Nehmat to make her own decisions and should not expect her to behave the way he wants.

looks like that promo of shamsher planning against nekham was fake. Ekam doesn't even exist on Shamsher's radar because he trusts Nehmat to do the right thing. His plan was to only save his baby from Veronica's threats - so he goes ahead and declares the pregnancy. 🤣

I don't think they will stretch to third season. The show is running for two years. Trps staggering. Colours promoting new shows. They might run only awhile unless they hit trp 2.0 and above which will never happen.

I wanted to write on Veronica kidnapping Advait with the help of goons forcefully trying to marry him with Harleen and nehmat, the two wives to his rescue 🤣🤣😜 but i am tied up as well.

Ok I totally understand. Even I write stories because of the chemistry in a couple.

Infact my whole writing journey started because I used to love the chemistry of Arhana (which was played by Zeeshan Khan and Aparna Mishra) in Kumkum Bhagya more than the main couple Pranbir.

@orange - That's a really brilliant idea you should write it out as a story if you get the time.

I see N referring to J as "Jasmine Mumma" while speaking to the Sandhus.

Fatejo never told Nehmat that she wasn't Jasmine's daughter. Other than Fatejo Rupy also knew that Nehmat is not Jasmine's daughter.

Jasmine recently revealed to Nehmat that she isn't her daughter. There was a heartbreak scene of Nehmat after that.

People mostly try to commit suicide, stay in loveless marriages, or tolerate the atrocities of others (e.g., in-laws) because they are helpless. They don't see any other option than living in such conditions. But none of these apply to Nehmat. She is silently enduring all the ill-treatment by Advait and his family because of her self-righteous nature and her need to make this marriage successful. During Nehmat's conversation with Naaz, Nehmat clearly says to Naaz that if Advait wants to rectify his mistakes, she will give him a chance; if not, she has the option to go back to Naanu. So it is not that Nehmat is incapable. It is Nehmat's will to put up with everything because Nehmat believes that "har rishta behethar ho sak tha hai, bas use behethar banane ki koshish karna chaiye ( these were Nehmat's own words)." Also, she is trying to use the "silent technique" and the "abla nari" method to win over Kapoors (Nehmat ko gar valo ki dil jeethna hai).
