Yes. I think she has just some minor stress issue. So initial diagnosis was correct. The. Probably amba preached out to him and asked him to make it a life threatening.

Little does amba know, she thought she might marry dev after this as her family kept her away now this plan is going to backfire as well.

My guess is initial diagnosis vidhi being stress and anxious is correct then amba asked him to tell about MND.
