I know this as I had a family member who had her uterus removed due to Fibroids.

Surgeon left one ovary in so she would not go into full menopause however, a few months later that had to be removed also.

Here with P she had a severe infection that was not responding to medication, I am assuming everything was removed from this vile woman.
