And note that I said “on the side” - because allegations such as those levied on Sajid cannot be forgotten. And it is not for me to forgive or give him a second chance - it is for those who have been impacted by his actions.

And when it comes to a general view, yes people do (as a general rule) deserve second chances - but I don’t think Sajid has gotten enough just desserts or done anything in the way of redemption related to even one such claim let alone multiple claims. And neither is he getting them on this show. Shaleen got humiliated for his alleged past yesterday - but I don’t foresee Sajid’s even being brought up on the show, let alone him being humiliated for it. Not by BB/Sallu certainly, but unfortunately not even by the contestants - who are all really just pseudo-strong wimps that can’t even call him out on being out of line.

I don’t see why or how. Sajid isn’t a Salman Khan, or even a Farah Khan at this point. Let alone direct, I don’t think he even has an indirect potential impact on these people’s careers.

Haan alag baat hain if these lot have Bollywood aspirations and are keeping shut because they think Sajid entry dega. But if so, that fact added to the evidence that they can’t even respectfully tell him he was out of line - tells me they are barely deserving of being contestants, let alone winners. That’s my view - I’m conscious not many will agree.

This does happen in real life as well, they don’t want to go against someone whom they think is more powerful. The special treatment Sajid receives is clearly visible to us and them as well. SK and the channel would make living in the house very hard for the contestant who speaks out. Your post is valid and people should call him out but that won’t happen.

Besides this season so far does not have a contestant who is very brave.

If we ignore or just give sajid benefit of doubt for me too, I actually like him, the way he talks and try to discuss or even act is very articulate. I really liked how he reacted and talked with archaea when she was creating issue about croissant. I honestly like his attitude, behaviour, I feel like he is not fake like shaleen or Gautama.

I think he deserve a second chance, every human being deserve second chance. You can’t kill someone when nothing proved, even court doest say a criminal as criminal until proven guilty.

I see Priyanka fans supporting someone like Shalin so why not Sajid too. At least he didn’t beat up any woman . As for me too, many others who have been accused are now working with top stars.

He’s a manipulative, narcissistic man. He fights about food, demands respect and threatens people. Anyone dares raises their voice against him or does not agree to what he has to say, he either becomes passive aggressive or directly insults them. The way he treats sumbul for example is one thing. He calls her his “bachi” but then makes fun of her and her father, her style, dance, etc. he has this huge expectation that because he has a position of director, people should come on his feet and just do “Jee huzoor”

he’s anything but nice. Yes he plays the peace maker, he tries to be the mediator, but at the same time, gaslights people.

No for me he is quite immature and childish. Wants everything and throws a tantrum when he doesnt get it. And his tantrums are the worst gaslighting and degradation of his victims. He knows what works for camera and its all an act showing his care and so called maturity. In actual 100 percent he doesnt care two hoots about anybody. Just wants to use everyone he can to the fullest. In India we have the thing of bade ka sunana hai aur unki respect karni hai thats why he gets away with all nonsense. We have seen over all seasons the elders get a lot of leverage always. Add to that bollywood director where people who need work are not going to rock the boat and thus let him get away with all kinds of bad behavior and nonsense.
