Yes ALS for sure. It is neuron disease and progressive as time goes by. So far it has no cure, just can be managed.
I know one patient who survived 12 years. So that is correct as well.

What did doctor diagnose?

I think it is Amba created fake diagnosis
Or doctor on purpose did it or amba had exchanged the reports with another patient.
