Also, I feel this entire accident sequence was to show Ekam's mahanta and to make audience think that Advait is ungrateful

Any spouse would be angry if they've seen and heard their partner yelling ex lovers name when they are literally dying infront of the partner, this is normal behavior, What is ungrateful in that? Infact Advait was in disbelief that how could she, no matter what he says but she is still his wife in public's eyes and he does consider her his wife irrespective of all the taunts he throws at her

As for ekam he is indeed a nice person as he didn't think of anything else at that moment and saved advait because that's what was the need of the hour

I am sure advait will be at least civil with him in future considering he saved his life
