Like I have been saying, HMs are equally responsible for all this happening.. Archana getting the confidence to cross the line again and again..1) she is not nominated and 2) no one cares infact they support her when she targets anyone in the house besides their own self.
You're right, there has definitely been an encouragement of her behaviour. Even during the sajid/shiv throwing her clothes time I felt she had started it but did not like Sajid being totally absolved.
She is essentially a pawn when people are pissed at each other, seems like the HMs are also okay with it as they also get footage.
