He is s practical man and there is no sense in investing in this relationship when he feels there is no future to it. Ekam is present everywhere in this marriage, be as a person, picture, memory or words. It can be frustrating for any spouse. And I don't even know what to say about Nehamt. She is getting shock after shock, with no time to recover. Only when she comes back to her right frame of mind and decide what to do with this marriage can anything happen in this relationship.

So Maami has a picture of Ekam with Nehmat. When will this photo be used??? Will Maami show the picture to Naaz or hand over it directly to Jasmine??

Rama maintained her pose in front of Rupy. She will treat Nehmat once Rupy is out of the picture

The people who adored Nehmat will always love her, regardless of where she comes from. Everyone in Sandhu House, except for Maami and Naaz, adored her, so those connections are still in tact. The only people who actually treated Nehmat well in the Kapoor House were Nikhil and Prince Uncle. They will therefore be by her side throughout her life. However, Naaz and Bua's dislike Nehmat. Therefore, Nikhil and Prince Uncle won't be much of a help.
