I remember once he advised Aarohi to keep her emotions under check and how that’s key to being a good surgeon. But he behaves very erratically- we understand it’s his brother fighting for his life out there but the shouting on a fellow doctor and throwing files and reports, it’s crazy. If he wasn’t an owner, folks would have typically called security to take him outside.
I’m not sure how he’s going to break it off with Ak after telling her what a costly liability she is.
1. He might tell her she cannot keep promises
2. He might accuse her of being responsible for Neels injuries
3. He might tell her she will never make a good mom because she recklessly endangered her own health and that of the twins

I’m not looking forward to Abhira’s confrontation after Neels demise ( if he dies) . And he won’t be wrong either - Akshara is an overburdened empath.

And again its Akshu’s fault always depsite everything 🤦♀️ Abhira’s wrongs are always out on display for family to comment on but when it came to Neirohi? They get away with it. Resolved within a few days. Arohi's blackmailing let go and forgiven not one single family knows about it. The fake pregnancy again hidden. The only karma Arohi is getting is her husband is either in a coma or has died. Writers go hey she got her punishment.
No. That may be a punishment but the family sympathizes with her when she has done so much wrong that they don't even know about. She looks like the bechari while the real ones like Akshu and Abhi who are good people get dragged through the mud and tested beyond anything by their families. Their fights, their weaknesses, and their faults always out on display for people to comment on and make their own judgements without knowing the whole story.
Anyways drama is always Akshu got herself in trouble how will she get out of this? And how will Abhi respond? Will they keep his core character or stretch it beyond? We already saw Abhira use to not fight in public in front of family but during the separation track they fought in front. They blamed each other. So no telling where this will go next. Death and medicial issues does things to people so no telling who will be on who's side.
I suspect Akshu will run away from guilt or made to leave due to guilt.
