I don't think miscarriage happens! But why even show akshu saving Neil inbthe first place if you were going to kill him off? Like ffs I actually thought Neil will go into coma at least and then tell everyone if babhi didn't run over the goons on time may I would've been dead! Like I'm so annoyed at this moment! Majorly because doll will be given golden sympathy ticket and akshus husband at her back and call!!
