Vinu told during picnic mai ye pic apni DP me lagauga so i think vinu apni dp me pic lagayega which trigger her that las pic jo S ne li that time she also feel bad because that is her happy family and her future if V not choose P over her

It’s just a CPR and Sai won’t associate it with romance just like the delivery where V saw P intimately but Sai didn’t think otherwise . What P was for V during delivery is what S is during CPR .
