It's just wrong to do this with anyone, play with someone's feelings like this. Women's emotions are considered drama that's why he's not getting any backlash, if a girl had done this with a guy, she'd have been dragged. When men's emotions are hurt by women, we've movies basically justifying men becoming serial killers (Freddy, ek villain 2).
