Nekham are never going to be the main couple. The reason for that isn't because of the storyline but because of the comparative pairing hype. Imagine if people had like JasFa, Tejo would have been the negative character because Ravi-Sargun are all about experimenting based on popular pairings. They tried with Nekham, but it wasn't enough. In fact when I saw the promo I saw the spark between Ekam and Naaz rather than Nehmat.

I still believe that it is Nehvait and EkNaaz. They are the main pieces of the chess board. Rest will all come and go.

The moment Advait entered it was as if all clicked into place. And this will show soon in TRPs too. Nehvait have the spark and the story to take it forward. From a critics point of view, there is the need for tension and friction in a story. Nekham were too in love from the beginning itself to have the friction. They started having problems only when Advait creates the issues.

If the MUs clear, there way is straight again because as audience we know Nehmat didn't betray Ekam either way with Advait Or by leaking the article. Then what?

Ekam will try to find the truth? Then? They might succeed or fail. They will try again and story will keep ok going circles.

This is why I believe Advait as a character was already planned. Maybe not as what he is now but as a break for Nekham where she would be wedded to someone not Ekam. Maybe Rohit was planned as a temporary one. But now things are not the same. Nekham didn't cater to that fan following or hype. Instead Nehvait caught interest. Or may be I am wrong and they had planned Advait aa a permanent one, I don't know.

But what I am sure is that Advait is no Angad. Angad, was brought in as a respite to tackle the EMA backlash but the intention with Advait is different. Advait is the complication needed to drive the story. He is a central piece, the grey shaded lead with the motive to trouble the FL. And yet he is not the villain. Instead he is someone with a conscience and is hitched to the FL and yet he is bound to be in the opposite side. He has his own motivation, which is huge for him. He is devoted to his cause. His background is better established than Angad's was and Angad was given a quick character transition because his intentions and actions were always blurry. Same is not the case with Advait.

So that's my POV. Hope no one is offended.

Advait is permanent...Fateh had char growth after certain period same way they will show char growth in Advait..

This pH always go with major fandom ....and I'm sure slowly Admat fan following will increase ...

Exactly my point. Somewhere Mallika knows he isn't invested in her. That actually raises her insecurity because frankly even if Advait has hidden motives, whenever he is with Nehmat, it is like he is way too comfortable. That's because he is of course in his game but to the onlooker he looks way too comfortable with Nehmat. In fact, if properly observed, Advait's eyes always keep a track of Nehmat. Audience knows it is like a him tracking his prey but Mallika might reason it differently.

To be honest I can't see mallika turning negative. She may hate nehmat after this and want nothing more to do with either her or advait and will be heartbroken, but I doubt she will be actively a negative character after this. They already have both jasmine, naaz and even shamsher as negative characters and that good-for-nothing shelly, and to me mallika is least likely to become negative. Even through her spouts of jealousy and wanting nehmat to stay away from advait, her love for nehmat often surpassed her insecurity towards advait to the point she didn't even have the heart to ask nehmat herself to stay away from advait and neither she ever lashed out at nehmat directly due to her insecurity because even despite her insecurity she loves nehmat a lot and trusts her and didn't have it in her to say anything to nehmat that made it sound like she was doubting nehmat.

Well I agree partly because Advait would have been true to her. He is the type to do everything to keep a perfect image. But thing is, there is no passion from his side, no feeling per se. He would have been the perfect cardboard piece of a husband, said the right things, complimented her the right way and all glossy and perfect but without any trace of feeling in it.

I always felt his unfeeling behaviour towards Mallika is rooted in some integral part of his character. No matter how positive Mallika is or was, she is also a very flighty character; more prone to give into material than substance. She had her own dream world in place and looked at things from that lens.

There by it would have begun well and gone on perfectly till that one sudden moment when Mallika would come out of her dream world and realize that her husband is always distant. That will be the end. We would probably have gotten to see it blossom to toxic marriage and than an EMA possibly from Mallika's side to sooth her hurt feelings and pride.

Also it would have impacted Mallika Nehmat. Let's face it, Advait's intention was always to bind Nehmat through Mallika. Pretty sure Mallika would not have taken her distant husband's avid interest in her best friend well.

there you go advika marriage would be work out but without feelings advait must have fulfilled his good husband role but without binding to her. And after some time mallika would have realise it and would came out her dream world.

@ yes he never thought that mallika is seeing her future husband in him or his dad will put mallika's marriage proposal to him. he only wanted to get inform about nehmat or nehkam through her.

as you said i watch promo but it didn't interest me but after rohit entry i found it interesting though promo was shootwith some random actor

as all saying advait will be next as i am also not sure for first but after his character progression i also think like you and hope it will happen same.
