how Rohit is more popular? I'm 1st time seeing Rohit in udaariyaan but I've seen Hitesh in choti sardarni, iss mod se jaate hai, n many other shows before. Hitesh was the reason for i watched udaariyaan 2nd season. Vaise to insta doesn't define popularity but even Hitesh's insta followers r more than Rohit. I think people r liking nehvait becoz a chaallu guy + innocent girl pair looks more interesting to many people. It is very cliche formula. Love-hate relationship, forced marriage N generally people connect more to those pairs whose love developing is shown to us, more than those jodis who r already bf-gf like nehkam. But my liking doesn't have a type. N many people find Advait's angry young man, grey type personality hot that's 1 of the main reasons but i find ekam hot

He is more popular among masses as compared to hitesh and that's what I was saying that concept is old and repatative why a girl should be forced to marry anyone? Why should she be forced to love a person ? A grey character is simply someone who may not be free of sins/flaws, but still has a certain extent of a moral code.

All out negative characters have disregards for morals or are morally flexible based on their own wants and desires.

His intentions now is solely to save his family izzat because his son has been jilted on his wedding day whilst media are there (itv always makes big deal of this and showing fams rushing last minute to find an alternative stupidly lol). So he asked advait to get any bride to save their family izzat in front of media. Also he wants to keep an eye on nehmat and ekam activities and keeping nehmat close by getting her married to his son would achieve that. Plus hate angle is just temporary, if ekam ever got to know truth shamsher killed nehmat parents you think his hate wouldn't turn in to concern for her safety?

Also Shamsher believes he can chain Nehmat. The biggest problem was Ekam digging the truth because he has the resources and knew the way. His motivation was Nehmat. So Ekam was the threat and Nehmat was the reason of the threat.

By keeping Nehmat with Advait it is as good as Nekham's destruction. Without Ekam with Nehmat, Shamsher probably thinks her to be weak. Also without Nehmat, heart broken Ekam will not bother much about that one case. He will be more invested in the drama of his life. In a way these chaos will put Shamaher'a secret and past in the back burner Or so he believes.

Also if we look at it practically, Nehmat is a pretty good candidate for Advait. He can keep an eye on her and also she is the granddaughter of past politicians. Pretty good lineage for public image.
