Throughout the show, they were obvious hints, especially with Shamsher's dialogues on how he cant live without her, how he will protect her till his last breath, how he would die but never return to his father's house, how the father would regret cuz he would be the one losing everything if anything happened to Mehak.. so yeah its all Basically to tie up all this.. and hence it does come across as very impactful also.. im just so sad typing this.. The writer knew the audience's pulse will be with Shamsher.. anything happens to him, thats gonna be legendary.. people wont forget this and will find it hard to move on. And they wanted it all exactly to be like that.

This resonates with me completely. So well-put. The ending is expected yet so unexpected. I could have never imagined him dying before the finale.

You have said what I have felt from the beginning. It really hurts to type this but its all true and its like we all knew what was going to happen and we said that we were prepared bur GOD we were NOT!

This is my text book TV Heartbreak moment. I know that its fictional, I know that its necessary and good for business but I just can't take the pain....💔

I had imagined this kind of ending when Shamsher had said for the first time ki “ek din aayega jab main tumhari iss nafrat ko mohabbat mein badal dunga”. Tragic indeed. One episode left for what? I don’t want to bear through Durre’s poor acting, especially her emotional scenes.

Well, nonetheless impactful but very heart wrenching.

I will miss waiting to watch Shamsher every week. I hope we see Danish doing a rom-com next. Something light-hearted and fun. Enough of these intense roles, nonetheless enjoyable.

So this scene starts playing.. you guys know which one im talking about. Its obvious. The confession cum death scene. So yes, he starts to remove the oxygen mask and i was like uh oh. Then the beautiful convo played out, ngl, i really really got lost.. and then i started to realise what was happening. It legit felt like i was watching a train wreck. You are just left there standing and watching and legit cant do anything about it. 😭💔 I was numb as that scene played out.

To sum it up like you said ..it was heart wrenching and impactful 😭
