I have such little respect for the “institution” that tbh any attempt to tarnish its reputation, I probably gain sadistic joy from. If the pain they inflicted on Diana all those years ago results in karma now, even if any of it is exaggerated, I’m perfectly ok with that. As if the royal family isn’t both racist and classist.

I’m not a fan of the royal family by any means

But Meghan just comes across as startlingly dishonest , manipulative and unlikable

I am 100% ok with them getting just desserts for what they did to Diana.

Doesn't make Harry and Meghan any more popular sadly. They're still a low class circus, out there to milk money.

Up until now I thought Meghan was exaggerating in her claims of racism, but recent event of Williams god mother asking black woman where she is really from kind of confirm that palace is made of racist people, and I am sure there is much more politics which we never got to see or hear.

Meghan seems like a typical American independent woman who believes in equality with her husband, and palace seems to be all about heirachy. At the end of the day, this was never going to work. Monarchy system is too outdated for any sane person to live in especially if you didn’t grow up like that.

I agree wholeheartedly.

But I also hate how these two are using Diana's tragedy as their origin story.

Meghan is no abla nari and we all know it, she gives me vibes of a manipulator, but Harry isn't a doodh ka dula hua baccha who's pasa in her jaal.. as some make out to be.

But again I don't for one second doubt she faced racism/classism/yankee-ism abuse from the royals. I hope they at least talk about micro-aggression disguised as concern, like the concern about their children's skin color, I mean if they are gonna go exposé at least do it properly.💁

I do not like how they try to compare Meghan to Diana, Diana’s story was completely different, she was ousted by the royal family, she had to protect herself, which is why unfortunately she lost her life in such a tragic way. Meghan was very much part of the royal family with royal protection, they would not have let any physical harm come to her, but Harry and Meghan act like somebody was going to kill her.

and what’s worse is that they are using clips/photos in the trailer from events that are completely unrelated to Meghan and Harry, one clip of the paparazzi is from the Harry Potter premiere where they were taking pics of Emma Watson 😆

Diana is romanticized as a perfect victim because of her death. But you could say a lot of what is being said about Meghan/Harry about Diana. At the end of the day, they are all just vindictive, petty rich celebrities on both sides.

Charles married her and expected her to be okay with his cheating. She wasn't. A lot of women relate to her. So she remains popular.

She wasn't perfect by a long mile, but she wasn't milking the situation for money like Harry and Meghan.

But yeah, she seemed to relish being more popular than the royals. That situation is also somewhat relatable to a lot of women for obvious reasons.
