I also felt bad for dev. Commissioner and minister were talking nicely.

I watched the bts where he took a blame and I liked this angle in story as he took the blame on a moral ground. So many years he was doing anonymously charity and he now has to stand up and testify he is the owner of BaalGhar and not a single paper moves without his approval. So he takes full responsibility.

That will also be shocking for all including Amba. I am sure amba does not know that dev owns the baalghar, obvious hai if satya did not know then amba knowing is out of question.
