There's a rumor/snippet that his father wants to cast him in his movie but CFY doesn't want to do that. He once shared in an IV that he feels isolated by the crew and staff cuz his father is a director. He deserves all the attention for his hard work❤️
Yes, he wants to build a name on his own not by his dad's help. He can get the best and better projects with his dad's connection in the industry but I guess he wants to make his own connections.
To me he and Dylan Wang are the unpolished actors and have potential to do better, the more drama's and movies they do their acting will get better.
I have always found Chinese actors and actresses relatable more then Korean actors, especially the Korean actress there are very few whom I want to see on screen.
