Every character has faced Karma except one character in the show. I don't know what message they are trying to send it to the audiences.
Pakhi : The only character in the show which hasn't faced any Karma so far. She is reaping the benefits of her conspiracy. After few hours in jail, destiny favored her, and she got the status of Virat's wife for which she played games after games. She enjoyed the status for long enough and when Sai was back instead of facing consequences of her actions, she was again rewarded by making Virat acknowledge her as his wife, trying to make their marriage work. Now with Savi's truth will destiny favor her again and bestow her with some more benefits or will she ever face consequences of her action.
Virat : They say the most painful thing for a parent is losing their child and Virat had to experience this by losing baby Vinu. He went against his morals, ethics and fought with everyone to bring the child to the world but karma played its game and he thought he lost his son and his wife and experienced hell for years. Since he was basically a good man god gave him some solace through his adopted son and his family's support.
Sai : Sai had to experience the same as Virat for indirectly supporting the illegal surrogacy. She didn't file a case against BK, Pakhi and her husband when illegal surrogacy happened, and she tried to hide Pakhi's crime after Vinu's birth until Pakhi striked again. She had to face the karma for supporting wrongdoings by losing her kid . Just like Virat god gave her solace through her own kid Savi.
CN Folks : Everyone had to face the consequences of their action. Ninad-Ash by losing their grandson and seeing their only son go through hell, BK for having to settle with adopted Chirag for years .Karishma and Sonali had enjoyed Sai-Virat-Pakhi angle and today Karishma's husband is part of it and she can't get his attention hence looks outside for some solace. Sonkar have to see their only son's marriage crumbling
Jagtap : His redemption is still going on. He would be awarded death sentence for double murder, molestation charges so i don't think he served enough time in jail but outside jail he is trying to rectify his mistakes by helping Sai, Virat and Savi directly or indirectly
