I don't fault Shiv for him gameplan, he baited, she took the bait.

I agree he used the "didi" word to instigate her because usko kuch bhi bolo she doesn't care but I personally don't feel he imagined that she will be violent to this level. Woh dhakka bhi maarti toh nobody would have said anything. Grabbing someone's throat is next level violence.

She told him he was being unfair with Nimmo duties and not questioning, it was in line with the show. Shiv got her career from outside, that way will shiv be fine if his outside romance be questioned on BB marathi? Nah.

Abdu was partial so he was questioned, Priyanka was more tactful than Archana for sure but Abdu gets angry very easily. Rather I would say the people around Abdu get charged up on his behalf and attack everyone like in yesterdays task.

Yesterday task was to rate Abdu but shiv and nimrit were busy attacking Archana in their points.

I doubt he thought she'd out and out commit violence. He clearly wanted to rattle her and knew she would react. He made genuinely valid points in the CR - and she shot herself in the foot there by showing zero remorse and continuing to justify her actions. But then BB played him by making him decide.

See if instigation is wrong - then it needs to be so for everyone. You can't say for some ke poking is part of the game, and for others ke it's not. Aise toh Priyanka also told Ankit ke she pokes people knowing they'll react - and if they haath uthao, toh they'll get evicted - mujhe kya.

I think he's going to be bashed because of the political angle. And the fact that he instigated using outside matters. Warna plan karke poke karna is no new thing - and it's literally Archana's whole game.

Personally, my view is that while it is part of the game - it depends on how far one stretches it and how low one goes. What's not ok in any instance - is violence.
