I am watching episode 27 and it has been 15 minutes.....and all I have seen is the Zoya drama, Talal drama, and Qudsia shouting yaaa allah ab kya hoga humaara?

I am sure the episode has lots of Basit Ayesha moments in the latter half. But why start the epi with such a negative vibe?? Why are we forced to sit through all this crap!!

I am already late watching the Tuesday thing on a Thursday... and now I have been so put off that I will wait till Saturday again I think. I am a bit pissed off and just wanted to vent out.

My observations till now:

1. Talal can go die in a ditch! What a horrible man he is proving to be. So glad Bano was saved from marrying him.

2. Qudsia and Zoya really are shameless of some alag hi level. I absolutely do not want to see anymore Zoya drama....but also want to see how this lie comes to bite her in the ass!

Also they uploaded subtitles and fast forward is a must.... I'm gonna enjoy my Ayet scenes without giving a damn about the rest of the story...

I can't make up my mind if he's just against his wife working per se or if he didn't want her to be a lowly (in his mind) PA in his company or any other company. I think it's the former. If he didn't have any issue with her working as such he could have encouraged her to pursue something else, maybe not in the corporate world..

Considering Soha was already well-established, coming from such a background of course she wouldn't accept being a typical housewife. Ayesha first started working because she wanted to help bear the household expenses yet she had ambitions as well... Those ambitions seem to have faded away along with the show's magic and consistency... As for Basit, I think he doesn't want her to work on a low PA position thinking that he's a successful businessman so his wife shouldn't do such an ordinary job...

Qudsia creating more problems for Zoya by playing the (fake) pregnancy cardThis woman takes such rash decisions just to get out of sticky situations. She seems to think she can just wing it as time goes by. In this case what is she going to do? Fake a miscarriage for Zoya?

As if all the other characters are well-written 😂😂 Honestly there isn't a single character that remained consistent here... It's just that the whole drama is going down the drain and disappointing its viewers...

I think it's the later case ... they showed him arguing that she is his wife now so she can't work on a lower position... he told her that she hasn't completed education to get a good job.

Honestly makers failed to show this issue properly.

I mean I doubt if he even knows ayesha wants to work. Forget him, they hv never shown ayesha's desire to work. It was always a necessity to make ends meet...

1st time when she went for job she clearly told basit she needs job badly for they were facing financial crisis. After marriage too, she clearly said job is her "MAJBOORI" .. and basit was clear that she is his wife, his money is hers.. so I don't blame him to think ayesha wanted to work only to help her family and not cause she wants to become something..

Writers could write a better track for this.. like ayesha voicing where she wants to see herself in future nd basit helping her with her education.

Khair not having any expectations from makers now.. they are busy with all the side tracks..

Is there anything left for them to serve in one single show ? Glad I skipped the episode...

Also WTF was this Habs episode?!! 🤬 I don’t know whether the original story was envisaged in such a manner or if this is a result of trying to alienate FK from the project but this has been disturbing to say the least. The less I talk about the unprofessionalism of the whole cast, the better.

I mean in which show do the main leads barely get 7 or so minutes when they’re such a rage amongst fans?! Also I cannot believe this is the same show that had me hooked right from the beginning. I honestly loved Sadia’s presence and miss her so much ❤️ I feel like the show has gone haywire completely. Only Qudsia’s character is somewhat maintained otherwise every other character has been butchered.

Take Basit for example, yes I know he is in love and the loved up Basit is adorable but what happened to that guy who had a general mistrust of women? Yes, he trusts Ayesha but I thought she would be the exception and not the rule. How can he trust Soha blindly? That woman shows up randomly at your house in the evening when you have plans to go out with your wife, why couldn’t you have firmly refused and promised to look into it the next day? I think what we all loved about Basit was how he could be both hard and soft, shrewd and vulnerable depending on the situation and with Soha they’ve taken that away from him. When he is able to see that Ayesha is so affected by Soha’s presence (the same way he was seeing Ayesha and Fahad), it would be hypocritical of him to not draw clear boundaries. I although appreciate that he did try in the dining room but it wasn’t enough.

Ayesha, I feel should fake confidence in front of Soha even if she doesn’t have any. I know she is shown to be naive but she needs to develop the sense of understanding fake pretentious and shark like people such as Soha. At this point I don’t think it is enough for Ayesha to just be Basit’s wife, she needs to build a life outside her marriage as well. Study more, start working, get to know more people, build friendships and make enemies. All of these experiences will help her grow otherwise women like Soha will keep fawning over Basit and Ayesha will always be left feeling hurt and bereft.

As for Amir- Zoya that track is filled with negativity.
Same with Talal, what a spineless simpleton, there’s no depth in his character. It’ll be gross injustice if Bano goes back to that man. She deserved better.

I don’t think this episode in particular gave me feel good moments apart from a few Ayet scenes which were almost ruined due to Soha’s looming presence. Honestly, way to destroy a perfectly good show.

Am so glad you are moving soon...as others have said as well, it is better to get away from such negative people. Hope things go better at your new place.

Now coming to this episode, it is like the Habs makers have taken it on themselves to ruin the show for us. There are many scenes in the OST of FK...like the one where he lies on the couch hugging himself (a masterpiece of a scene, the sheer vulnerability and loneliness that he gives out in that posture is amazing!), him crying lying back on the couch, the one where he stares into the mirror, his chain hanging and shirt buttons undone....those scenes have either been cut or will come in the future. IF they are coming in the future, that means Ayet are headed for another round of storm. Must we go through another tormenting track of potential separation so soon after things had resolved between them?! Like whaaat?! Also there was a bts scene where Basit is shown driving his car somewhere wearing the same green t shirt he wears while lying on the couch hugging himself. I don't know whether they have left out entire tracks simply to cut FK out of the project.

Basit really needs to put an end to Soha's bossing around. The sooner the better. It is ok that he turned to Soha when he had no one around but now that Ayesha is back, must he not be over-vigilant over whatever might hurt his wife? After all Ayesha will always be his priority over anyone else. You are right, we want to see both Basit and Ayesha put up a strong front before Soha. If they show even the slightest crack under Soha's machinations, it will be horrible to watch.

Your rant was much needed. As you can see we are all just very very pissed.

And that is because we all had really really loved this show when it started airing.

Basit would have probably tried to allow Soha to do as she pleases had they gotten married. At least initially. The power dynamic between him and Soha was very different from what exists between him and Ayesha. He could very easily go back on his promise to Ayesha that she could continue working after marriage because it was in his power. That would not have been the case with Soha. Had Basit and Soha gotten married, it would have very soon ended in a divorce because they are simply two very different souls...Soha not used to being told to do something and Basit not used to letting anyone connected to him behave in any way that he doesn't approve of.

Also Basit fired Ayesha because he didn't want his wife to be seen working as a PA, it embarrassed him. Then why does he never wish to see Ayesha improve her educational qualifications? I think it suits him to have a wife who is dependent on him in some way because that assures him that she will never abandon him.

Basit telling Ayesha that with the educational qualifications you have, you cannot hope to be employed as anything better than a PA, was so patronising that it had hurt at the time. There is one thing that Basit is yet to do, which is trying to find out what Ayesha's dreams might have been. I must say I don't have much hope that this will ever come up in the show in the future either.

Yes, Ayesha had not initially wanted to work. It was out of necessity that she had done it. But she had been excited about studying ahead. That must have been her dream, whose sole souvenir, the medal she won, has been sold by her mother. Wouldn't it have been beautiful if Basit found out about it and done everything in his power to make sure Ayesha can continue her studies?
