Let’s see if NZ winning toss and them playing well can sail them through the Final or not

Babar Azam: Even we would have batted first. We'll try to take advantage of the early conditions and put pressure on them. Same team. We lost our first two matched but the way the team played in the last three matches, we are confident as a team and we'll look to carry that momentum. New Zealand have quality players, we'll try to be calm and play according to the situation. We are trying to focus on this match.

Kane Williamson: We are gonna have a bat. Used surface, not much grass on it. We're going with the same team. Same pitch but different I reckon. It's important we adjust to those changing conditions and assess quickly. There are a few unknowns, important we stick to our plans. Our focus is on this game, what we want to do here and really try and express ourselves with the cricket that we've been playing.

Babar and Williamson exchanges smiles at the toss. Unchanged NZ win the toss and opt to bat. So, no Bracewell once again. Pakistan are also unchanged.

Satya: Just look at the difference it makes, when no team has an unfair advantage of the dew, everyone was equally involved thus this has to be one of the most competitive t20wc in recent time

Pitch Report | Shaun Pollock: "It's the same pitch that was used for Australia vs New Zealand. This one is devoid of grass, it's very bare and pretty dry. It could be a little bit two-paced. Pakistan have seen more these type of pitches than New Zealand have. Bat first, get the runs on the board and then see what the surface does. Also look out for Pakistan, they could get some reverse swing."

Dharmaraj S: I would want ICC to follow the pattern of 1992,2019 WC Round-robin and knock out format...because, even if one or two games gets washed away, the teams can cope up by performing well on their remaining matches...also, this format ensures each team play against all the opponents before knock out.

Six out of seven games have been won by teams batting first here at the SCG. So, captains might want to put runs on the board in this high-pressure game. When these two locked horns against each other in a T20 WC SF, Pakistan emerged victorious. That was way back in 2007. But T20 cricket has changed so much since then.

Thank you for the tag

May the best team win

But I would like the team who is consistent throughout to WIN 😳

T20 format is very unpredictable

Ansh: Since these knockouts have reserve days. Will we lose any overs if there is a rain delay for a short period of time? -- Yes we will. The primary goal is to finish the game on the scheduled day. Reserve day comes into picture only if that is not possible. Good news is the forecast for today and tomorrow is cricket-friendly.
