Sai is no saint, her ways are something i dont agree with a lot of times, but with Virat the moment they got in domestic abuse, physical abuse, i was done with him. There is no redemption. So many options out for Sai, first:

- declare she is his legal wife

- entering her own house is not illegal, (like she did after shruti's track)

- kidnapping!! what kidnapping, Savi is her child. Only proof V has is her word. Process takes time to prove.

I agree, she needs to legit suffer everything which she thought was legally hers. She made Sai suffer
that can break even if Sai claims her rights, Virat can go ahead divorce Sai but for that period the marriage will be invalid.
