Ninad can write it in his will if he wants to hand over his property to Savi, His personal property is his wish, if he dies without a will..it'll go to Virat and Virat dies without a will then it'll go to all his kids

Kaku said Nagesh was owner of CN so technically his daughter and his wife will get it unless he stated otherwise and if CN is ancestral property then it'll be divided equally among Ninad, Omi, Nagesh, Samrat's mom and Shivani and their kids/grandkids
