The USP of the leap was the unpredictability of the characters and plot line. Does anyone feel it's no longer applicable.

We all are able to predict the future track on a high level maybe we might miss some fine details but we can guess the role each main character will play. Is the show getting boring and predictable

Sai should get fed up with Virat's 'making life miserable' mission and file a bigamy case. He will have to clear it then. properly.

The court will make VP marriage void and ask Sai to go back to CN as his wife. Sai will have no option but to go.

Arey I am toh saying let the shaadi be, Woh uske Gale ka phanda hain, he can blame Sai how much ever he wants but he also knows that marriage is one main reason he cannot accept his daughter.

If that’s not the case then why not tell the family that savi is his daughter. Agree with the anger he has for Sai and from his standing correct hain. But then if due to some things he can’t tell Savi now so who is at fault.

Even if someone sneezes he will put the blame on Sai. He should be tied to Pakhi to a point he suffocates as Pakhi will never be able to handle his anger. Anger will be on Sai as he can’t claim his daughter.

Dekhte hain ab kya karta hulk - how and when he will acknowledge Savi.

Regarding VP angle - it’s like Haan Thik hain roz toh khelte main Tera pati, Meri biwi yada yada yada, khelte raho. She wanted to walk shoulder to shoulder now she can give her shoulder to cry as well. He is going to share this with that one person who was insecure with a proposal of a 5 year old. She will motivate Virat to do all the wrong things as she will side with Sai.

PS: I don’t even want to predict P, it’s not even worth the effort.

Here Virat has to prove that his marriage to Pakhi wasn't bigamy because when he married her, they assumed Sai was dead and because they married in court, he can't deny the existence of this marriage as it's in public records. He did it for whatever reasons, doesn't matter

If he proves that his marriage to Pakhi doesn't amount to bigamy, it means the marriage is legal. If Sai proves that she was victim of bigamy then Virat will be in jail for 7 years + fine

Even Pakhi can file a cheating case on Virat because like Sai, she too is victim of bigamy

After this, Virat or Pakhi will have to file for an annulment or divorce on grounds of no consummation. Criminal court can't declare their marriage as void because they didn't consummate it, it doesn't matter in this case

They have been living separately for last 7 years so 6 months thing won't play out

Virat cannot tell about Savi to family else Vinu will get upset . Family will try to get savi home and vinu will be sidelined , which will eventually happen when BK knows the truth.

Now Virat s issue will be how to not let Sai go after his anger cools down.

Now P can't even tell him let Sai leave Nagpur.

What will.he tell Savi. I'm ur father and I have a wife and son.

No you are missing out the detail, that, Seven years clause is not any ground, it's just a remedy given to a spouse whose other half is missing for more than seven years.....

See as per law, Virat cannot marry till seven years of Sai's missing but he did marry Patralekha even before that, so the marriage is automatically null and void....... hypothetically he has to wait for Seven years then has to approach Court for dissolution of his first marriage as his wife didn't return then court will order investigation and after enough proofs they'll declare Sai dead and dissolve his marriage with her and only after that he can marry Patralekha and make it legal.......but idhar to aisa kuch hua hi nhi.....it's clear bigamy case, Sai can easily put him behind the bars, bcoz she was happening and alive, also didn't even hid her identity, so she was very much an alive person in eyes of law yet Virat assumed her dead and marry another without taking divorce from her ....... that's bigamy 😬

If they go to court then it depends on temperament of the judge trying the case as laws can be interpreted in many ways.

Virat and Sai's case is strong

See, In such cases wife has to prove that 2nd marriage took place and to gather evidence for that is almost impossible as 2nd marriage doesn't take place in front of family or friends, but Virat and Pakhi got married in the court so their marriage certificate is enough evidence to convict Virat

Virat's case is strong too because Sai was hiding for years and they assumed her dead. For his 2nd marriage, he might have submitted death certificate of his first wife so he can easily prove that he didn't commit bigamy as everyone assumed his wife was dead

What Virat can do if he wants Pakhi?

File for divorce and custody,

What Virat can do if he wants Sai?

He has to bring Sai home and make sure Pakhi doesn't file a cheating case against him

Bigamy is a crime, irrespective of whether or not it's done with consent of first wife or not

If you look at the story there's nothing much left now after Savi's revelation (and everyone knowing CN, Vinu, Savi that Virat is her father) & then Vinu's actual identity getting revealed.
