Exactly!!! But this is the magic of Habs that we now know exactly why he would do something like that for Ayesha.

Btw I can now quite imagine Basit a couple of years in the future sitting in his office drinking from a mug with some cheesy message declaring him as the greatest family man ever.

Fahad comes to Basit to air his grievances after his wife mysteriously dies. Bano becomes part of the conversation and realises she has a natural aptitude to solve crime (though come to think of it, Jawaad might have an advantage on Bano on this one)...Jawaad can be their petty rival, that one annoying competitor who always gets in their way.
