Twerps!! How beautifully you have analysed Basit’s psyche concerning his relationships. I’m compelled to ask, are you a psychologist? While I believe I generally am able to grasp emotions well, I was stupefied over Basit’s change of stance around women but you’ve explained it so well.

I absolutely agree with you that Ayesha’s presence and Sadia’s death have greatly contributed to this change in attitude from distrusting and avoiding women in personal capacity to subsequently becoming open if not welcoming them in his life. I would like to believe that Bano is also a positive female influence over Basit, especially with the way she handled his office in his absence has made Basit trust her.

You’re right that Basit’s guilt has made take a 180 degrees turn in his attitude. Add to that the lack of Ayesha and Fahad in his life, Basit is lonely. For Soha it is a case of being at the right place in the right time. I wish Ayesha wouldn’t have told Soha that she’s nobody to Basit, that must’ve given Soha the confidence that the marriage is doomed and that she could make good use of the opportunity.

Basit has indeed been lucky till now to be surrounded by people such as Ayesha, Fahad, Mansoor Uncle, Karim and Bano who have his best interest at heart. However, that is not always the case such as Soha. I loved how were able to grasp the fact that Basit while avoiding all women in personal capacity has been protecting himself which has not helped him to understand the art of gauging female intentions. This is probably why he has reached an almost dead end with Ayesha because he cannot understand what she needs. The same way, he is unable to discern that Soha’s actions amount to flirting and if the promo is to be believed then she would go a step further can try to undermine Basit’s wife’s position in his own life. I do see in the promo that at some point she says something to Ayesha which makes Ayesha leave and Basit gives Soha an annoyed look. What do you make of that scene?

It would be incredibly foolish of Basit to witness something like that and regardless continue to meet up with Soha. I really hope that Soha’s chapter finishes soon, she’s becoming unbearable already. When do you predict that would happen? We also see Basit going to Ayesha’s place just before Qudsia ruins things with her big mouth. What do you think would prompt Basit to go to Ayesha’s place?

Same here. I don’t think there will be a love confession. However, Basit may get a glimpse of Ayesha’s pain. She may cry in front of him or yell at him. Regardless, I’m ready for their confrontation ❤️

Hope they show something on Bano's story! I was even hoping that Fahad is indeed marrying Bano, something like ITV/Bollywood style then realized it is highly impossible 😔

They have also shown Fahad's bride in the new promo. Still there is some hope 😳
