Shiv just wanted to take a "bold" descision so that it gets appriciated or atleast talked about ( like separating Priyankit's room). It won't make much difference but fans will ofcourse talk about it. He knows this game too well.

He has played this game earlier too. So, an added advantage.

Shiv is looking to create a rivalry with Priyanka. He's slowly going for that narrative. Honestly, I don't mind, that would be definitely a better rivalry than Nimrit & Priyanka. But, rivalry is enjoyable when it's organic & not forced.
