Hey Dex, wishing you a speedy recovery, like you, I was also hit by covid for the first time a couple of months ago, well the first time I tested positive anyway, first two days was bad, had a high temp, was sweating at night, even though we were experiencing a heat wave at the time, then the cough starts. Lost weight and appetite too, even after you test negative, you're gonna feel really tired and exhaustion for a while, it's a slow recovery to get back to your normal energy levels, get loads of rest.

Yes, he surprised me. šHe sensed I was toughing it out yesterday. I fumbled quite a few times even while talking about my regular patients and he had to jump in to save me two or three times so I wouldnāt look like a total fool during virtual rounds.

Glad to hear that, and he was caring enough that you rest which was a good call on his part( your boss). Iām sensing that since it was healthcare setting they more proactive one be tested etc as now even though rapid kits at home u can get at no cost most donāt even bother to get tested even when have symptoms that are Covid or flu like to be sure or even rest or isolate unless severe since cdc says no longer required and donāt realize they could infect or spread it to others.
