Archana's advice was good to Manya but then telling everyone this lady is leaving is in bad taste, making fun of someone (even though I dislike Manya to the core) is not needed.
With Priyanka, sometimes less is more. For example you may feel you want to speak up, okay sure. However, in this case, all that was needed was her to inform Gautam that hey I went to the washroom and it wasn't clean. Baaki, its Gautam's responsibility to inform Stan.
Notice how Gautam said few people complained, but those people were not named, Priyanka bewaja got herself named.
In that case in tomorrow's task anyway Shiv is Stan's close friend so he wouldn't have helped Pri, but likely they wouldn't have gone to destroy either.
Although I will say I do think Stan's language is disgusting beyond measure and he tends to take things personally. Priyanka did clarify that she did not know that Stan had shown Gautam but who she really got pissed with was Gori - which increased the fight.
