Guys Sumbul fans have been praising Ankit and Gautam since gautam has become a captain. Ankit has been in kitchen duty with Sumbul, and all three had spent time together, not shown in episodes but in live feed. Ankit, Gautam and Sumbul have been spending time together. So, her father may have seen those clips, and hence appreciated Ankit too.
