Ohh buddy! It's brave of you to open up like that! Sending hugs your way.. sometimes it happens, ye bhi hai kya gussa naturally aata hai kai logo ko.. It's hard for them to control, you can't help it.

For me, I was around 11-12 and there was this friend who was younger to me.. he and his cousins had gone to a famous picnic spot nearby, something happened overthere (not going into detail), he drowned and we lost that kid.. He was not even my best friend but I was always calm & emotionally mature for my age so this had a strong impact on me.. But since then I had decided to live in the moment and as I said earlier I decided to make sure that my last conversation with everyone ends on a positive note.. Also I strongly believe in karma, I do not want to carry emotional baggage/ burdens to my next life too! But ofcourse sometimes things are not in our control and we have to deal with it as the situation demads..

Sorry if I have diverted/ ruined the mood of this topic.. May be I got carried away! 🤓
