I’ve come a long way with my Hindi speaking skills. Finally, I’ve received the acknowledgement that I deserve. 😆

Do people think your Indian too or do you get Mexican as well? Funny thing is that my sisters name is Simran so all she gets is Indian. She doesn’t even correct people anymore. She’s given up. 😂

I think if you went to India, people might mistake you for white. I know two people who get confused for exchange students. 😆

You look Turkish, but that's cause I am surrounded by Turks. 😆 the most unusual one I've ever got was a Turkish woman asking me if I was Kurdish, I was like nah, then she asked if I was Turkish, I was like No abla 😆 then she was like, what are you then. 😆

Indians are the ones who think I’m Indian. Apparently I’m from Punjab. I’m like I only know two words and that’s puttar and tussi great ho. 😆 Some don’t even ask and straight away talk to me in Hindi. I don’t even bother correcting and try to talk back with my atrocious accent.
